What will your responsibilities be?
  • Co-creating an effective HR policy focused on the continuous improvement of cooperation standards and the achievement of the company's goals
  • Identifying the needs of internal clients in the field of HR, preparing proposals for solutions supporting the achievement of business goals
  • Managing and coordinating internal and external recruitment processes as well as supervising the adaptation process for new employees in accordance with the company's standards
  • Implementation and implementation of employee evaluation and development strategies, talent management, including identifying potentials, planning succession and development paths
  • Setting training and development needs, managing the plan and implementation of development programs
  • Implementation and continuous improvement of tools for managing the effectiveness and commitment of employees
  • Analyzing selected HR indicators, presenting conclusions and recommending development activities
  • Supporting the process of implementing and communicating changes
It is enough that you have:
  • You have min. 1 year of recruiting experience.
  • You have knowledge in the field of HR, i.e. recruiting employees, managing development, evaluating effectiveness.
  • You know how to build business relationships and you are focused on achieving goals and increasing efficiency.
  • You have the ability to build interpersonal relationships, empathy, and communication.
  • You are a person open to changes and new solutions.
  • You have working knowledge of Ms Office.
  • You know English at a communicative level.
