IT Project Manager

What will your responsibilities be?
- Planning and implementation of IT projects (software) following the internal guidelines of the company's development
- Co-shaping the software development process under the requirements of a given project (support in the selection of the method/framework to the specificity of the project and its implementation)
- Independent project management and support of other teams in terms of process
- Support in planning, daily, demos, and retrospective sessions
- Stakeholder management in the ongoing projects and support for other teams in this area
- Supporting teams in increasing maturity in the context of self-organization
- Keeping documentation of the projects underway and supporting other teams in the proper preparation of documentation
- Tracking the status of projects that are implemented as part of the company's project portfolio and reporting their status
- Co-creating a strategy for the company's design portfolio
It is enough that you have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in work related to IT project management
- Highly developed soft skills, a mindset of a leader and a team motivator
- Experience in performing business analyzes and preparing solutions based on best practices
- Knowledge of good practices in the context of project management, eg. elements of PMBOK
- Knowledge of modern methods/frameworks for software development; knowledge of Scrum and Kanban is welcome
- Practical knowledge of the software development process
- Very well-developed ability to manage own work time and teams' tasks
- Knowledge of the English language in speech and writing (min. B2)
